论新时期发展战略调整的背景与意义

“三大改造”完成以后，中国已经是社会主义国家。如何建设社会主义对中国共产党和广大人民群众来说仍然是一个陌生的领域，由于历史原因和苏联的影响，我们最终确立了经典社会主义现代化模式。在现代化建设中，我们逐步认识到这一模式的弊端，并且开始了探索适合我国国情的现代化道路，我们经历了许多挫折和失败，但同时也取得了很多经验和教训。粉碎“四人帮”以后，以邓小平为代表的第二代领导集体在总结历史经验的基础上，终于找到了适合中国国情的现代化建设的新战略。

On the Background and Significance of the Readjustment of Development Strategies in the New Period

Though building up China as a socialist country after the completion of the Three Major Reforms, Chinese leaders and the Communist Party were innocent as to how to construct socialism. Because of historical reasons and the influence of Soviet Union, we finally established a classic socialist mode. While in the modernization construction, we gradually realized its defects and began to probe the modernization routes suitable to the national conditions of our country mixed with frustrations and failures on one hand and experiences and lessons on the other hand. After the destruction of the Gang of Four , the second generation of leading group represented by Deng Xiaoping eventually developed a new -strategy of modernization construction through summarizing the historical experiences.
