| 摘 要： | 文章针对公交客运班线开通时出现的状况区分不确切、边界不清楚的情况，引入了模糊聚类分析方法，将模糊情况问题进行了定量化和数学化。本文是因实际案例而产生的，而案例本身也验证了该方法的有效性和独到性。
