| 摘 要： | 清代新疆兵制共发生了三次较大的变化:由建省前军府制度下八旗、绿营、回兵并存,到收复新疆后以勇营体制为支柱的勇营、标营、练军,再到新政期间的新军建设。新疆兵制逐渐走向近代化。这种变迁,是全国军事力量进步和新疆战略地位提高、具体地情转变的结果,同时也对新疆的政局、社会生活产生了深远的影响。

| Abstract: | In Qing Dynasty the military system of Xinjiang undergone three majoy changes: from the Eight-banners,Green-banner,Uyghur-army,to the Yongying,Biaoying,Lianjun,and then to "New Army".The military system of Xinjiang was gradually mordenized.Such changes were the results of the whole coutry's military's development,the advancement of Xinjiang's strategic position,and the change of Xinjiang's special condition.At the same time it deeply affected the political situation and social life of Xinjiang. |
