| 摘 要： | 作为小型开放经济体的新加坡，它采用有管理的浮动汇率制作为货币政策的中心。这种汇率制度的基本框架包括货币篮子、波动范围、爬行变动和汇率目标，具备“监督带调整汇率制”的典型特征。通过对新加坡汇率制度选择现实基础和利弊分析，得出新加坡的汇率制度的运行是相对成功的结论。

| Abstract: | As a small,highly open and export-oriented economy,Singapore has adopted the managed floating exchange rate regime.The frame includes the basket currency,fluctuation range,crawling and exchange rate target,which bears the characteristics of the monitoring band system.By analysing the advantage of this exchange rate policy,we can say that Singapore's exchange rate regime is successful. |
