浅析舆情危机下高校的话语权建设

目前我国高校舆情危机频现，高校话语权受到前所未有的挑战，这和社会发展进入高风险期，高校自身属性特点，社会舆论浮躁心态等多种因素有关。加强高校话语权建设是处理舆情危机的关键。高校必须通过重视宣传工作，建立专业舆情研究部门，完善新闻发言人制度等途径，主动加强自身话语权建设，在充分保证社会公众知情权的基础上，使自己的信息发布在社会舆论领域占据主导地位，得到尽可能多的认可，这样才能消除分歧，凝聚力量，不断提高办学水平。

Construction of College Discourse Power When Facing Public Opinion Crisis

Nowadays universities and colleges of our country are suffering a kind of crisis when facing public opinions. Discourse power of our colleges is becoming weaker for many reasons,such as social development, entering a period of high risks,the intrinsic properties of colleges and universities,the impetuous attitude of public opinions,and so on. Strengthening the construction of college discourse power is the key to dealing with public opinion crisis at our high or learning institutions. Attaching importance to the propaganda work, setting up a professional public opinion research department,improving the press spokesman system are all possible solutions. Our universities and colleges must guarantee that their information plays a dominating role in public opinions,and the public have an access to truth as well. Only in this way,can our differences be diminished and cooperation enhanced so as to improve our higher education.
