| 摘 要： | 文章围绕当前兵团农牧团场存在的季节性违法犯罪案件高发,打击防控难度增大;兵团与地方不同经济运行模式导致兵团干群关系紧张,各类矛盾冲突不断;基层矛盾突出,群体性事件频发等治安问题,提出应充实团场派出所警力,保持派出所干部队伍的相对稳定;积极推进团场、连队警务室建设;完善团场基层警务运行机制;加强连队群防群治工作;进一步提高连队职工的法律意识等观点。
