Abstract: | Marital Satisfaction, Adaptability and Cohesion were analyzed as predictors of Job Satisfaction for dual-career women (n = 197) at Early, Middle, and Late life cycle stages. Assessments used were the Career Attitudes and Strategies Inventory (CASI), Dyadic Adjustment Scale (DAS), and the Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale II (FACES II). Cohesion in the Early life cycle and Adaptability in the Late life cycle were found to be significant predictors (p = < .05) of Job Satisfaction. Increased satisfaction was also shown as the three life cycle stages progressed. |
