| 摘 要： | 《三国演义》刻画了一个“唯才是举”的曹操形象,他采用多种聚集人才的手段,对人才的选拔不拘一格,在对人才的使用上知人善任,任人唯才。“唯才是举”的政策为他带来了数量众多的高素质人才,共同撑起了曹魏政权的大厦。

| Abstract: | In The Romance of the Three Kingdoms,Cao Cao's image of "Choosing talented people at every opportunity" was depicted.He adopted multimeasures to gather the talented people,and discarded uniformity of standards in selecting and promoting talented people.In the employment of talented people,he knew how to judge and use people,and he only offered official positions to talented people.The policy of "Choosing talented people at every opportunity" brought him numerous high-quality talented people,and they made joint efforts to prop up the great building of Cao Wei's political power. |
