| 摘 要： | 在分析青岛市郊区游憩地发展现状的基础上，指出了青岛市环城游憩带的空间分布特征，认为青岛市郊区游憩地围绕中心城区呈非均质扇形放射状分布，并且其分布与城市交通联系密切，交通区位是决定游憩地分布的最主要原因，各种类型游憩地价格由维护成本和需求共同决定．

| Abstract: | On the analysis of status of recreational belt around metropolis of Qingdao, this paper points out it＇s special characteristics. The distribution of recreational regions is heterogeneous as fan shape around central city, and related to the urban traffic. The price of various recreational regions are decided by maintenance costs and demands. |
