| 摘 要： | 钟祥是全国历史化名城，旅游资源丰富。化旅游资源特色鲜明，经过10多年的开发创业，产业规模已具雏形，目前资料开发正处于一个深化发展的转折时刻，在技术、资金不足等因素的制约情况下，应该突出重点景区，整体规则，分部实施，大胆引入市场机制，实现快速发展。

| Abstract: | Zhongxiang is a City famous for history, culture and tourism resources in China. Its resources at present are at a turning point of further dvevlopment. As its lack of technology and funds, we should highlight the focal points, make a comprehensive programme, put into effect progressively, and lead marketing system daringly so that it can be developed faster. |
