| Abstract: | This thesis discussed the limitations of current performance management system,introduced the advantages and theories of balanced score card and its current applications,as well as the improvement measures and suggestions of domestic enterprises.It also carried out preliminary research concerning the construction and application of balanced score card,and made improvements by combining domestic real situations in order to realize the excellent operation of enterprises. |
