| 摘 要： | 本文结合联合国国际货物销售合同公约,比较了不可抗力制度和情势变迁制度的异同,并通过多个案例,分析了不可抗力的认定,并对我国不可抗力制度的完善提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | By use of United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods,1980(CISG),this paper compares the system of Force Majeure and the principle of Fundamental Change of Circumstance,analyses the recognition of Force Majeure,and forwards some suggestions for the perfection of our system of Force Majeure. |
