| 摘 要： | 从鲤鱼内脏中提取的磷酸碱性酶(AKP)溶液，经过正丁醇过夜脱脂、氯仿-95％乙醇去血红蛋白、丙酮沉淀、DEAE-琼脂糖层析柱、Sephacryl S-200凝胶过滤，获得电泳纯磷酸碱性酶，曩后纯化倍数为1705．90，活性回收率为7．81。纯化AKP酶经聚丙稀酰胺凝肢电泳只呈现一条区带。

| Abstract: | The alkaline phosphatase solution extracted from the internal organs of Cyprinus Carpio has been isolated and purified by butanol extraction ,hemoglobin dissolution withchloroform-95% ether , acetone precipitation,DEAE-sepharose column chromatography and Sephacryl S-200 gel filtration.The result is as following:purified times is 1705.90 and activity recovery rate is 7.81.The purified enzyme moved as a single electrophoretic band. |
