| 摘 要： | 通过对两所高校2004级在校学习的近200名教育硕士调查研究发现,教育硕士的群体特征可归纳为时间资源利用、学习动机期望、学习困难阻力、学习压力根源、合作交流方面、工作单位影响、教研困难外因、职业发展倾向、教研困难内因、专业成长方面、学习方式风格、家庭方面影响这12个维度,然后深入分析了教育硕士不同群体在这些方面的差异以及目前培养中的薄弱环节,并根据调查研究结果,为如何优化教育硕士的培养提供了策略性的建议.

| Abstract: | The cost partaking policy of higher education is the current practice throughout the world. Since the advancement of the policy, we have constructed a multi-diversion sponsor system for college students with financial difficulties. But there are disparity to the idea of justice and the practical demand. The problems can only be solved by perfecting the sponsor system, adding school work assistance and establishing a harmonious circumstance. |
