| Abstract: | University and college libraries are the bases of innovating and spreading knowledge and play an important part in the economic development and social advancement. The libraries of universities and colleges are an essential part of the innovating and spreading of knowledge. While playing the roles of knowledge depot and guide in knowledge innovation, the libraries also play the roles of the instructor of specialty courses, the big classroom of non-specialty courses and the indicator light of being an upright person in knowledge spread. |
