| 摘 要： | 从化学专业的特点入手,结合学校的特色,围绕创新型人才培养模式的构建,探讨了化学专业"平台+模块"式的课程体系的构建与优化,在实践中培养学生的创新精神,构建科研与教学相结合的人才培养模式,充分利用现代化的教学手段,完善教育管理制度以及培养具有创新精神的高素质教学团队等方面的内容.

| Abstract: | From the analysis on the characteristics of chemistry, focused on the construction of innovative talents cultivating mode, this paper explores the contents of the construction and optimization of ＂platform ＋ module＂ curriculum system of chemistry, the cultivation of the students＇ innovation spirit, the construction of talents cultivating mode of combining scientific research with teaching, the full use of modernized teaching means, the perfection of education management system and the cultivation of innovative teaching team of high quality. |
