人们断定,在21世纪,亚太将是世界经济新的增长中心。包括美、日、欧在内的许多国家都纷纷制定新世纪经济发展战略。谋略各有不同,但各国的注意力都集中在亚太。于是,更加剧了有限市场上的无情竞争,地处亚太、经济正快速增长的中国,必须应对由此带来的严峻挑战。在此提出中国的两栖经济发展战略。

Envisagement of Development Strategy of Amphibious Economy of the 21st Century

It is concluded that Asia and the Pacific will be the new growth centre of the global economy in the 21st century. Many countries, including America, Japan and Europe, are one after another working out economic development strategy of the new century. In spite of different strategies, the concentration of each country is on Ask and the Pacific. Thus, ruthless competition will be intensified on the limited market. China, situated in Asia and the Pacific, rapidly guowing in economy, must correspond to these challenges. To this end, the development strategy of amphibious economy is put forward.
