“升”、“降”级制教学法在跳高教学中的运用

摘    要:跳高,是学校的基础教材。但在教学的过程中,常常会遇到这样或那样的问题、加上传统教学法的弊端,往往使教学工作难以推进。本文通过分析传统教学法的弊端,提出一种新的教学法:“升”、“降”级制教学法,并阐述了在跳高教学中的运用。

Abstract:"High-jumping"is basic teaching material at school.During teaching many problems and disadvantages of traditional teaching advance teaching difficultly.I analyse the disadvantages of traditional teaching methods.suggest a new teaching method-"rising and falling"system and elaborate its using in the high-jumping teaching.
