| 摘 要： | 研制了一种基于虚拟光栅的光学定位系统，介绍用微型光学成像器检测位移的几点考虑，分析影响位移检测不确定度的各种因素．实际检测结果表明，利用PC机器构成微型光学定位系统可用于实时在线位移测量．

| Abstract: | A kind of displacement detecting system with virtual grates is developed. A few solutions to the problems in displacement measurement using micro-image system are introduced. The various factors affected uncertainty are analyzed. On-line and real-time can be achieved in displacement detecting with micro-image system by using PC machine. |
