| 摘 要： | 在进入信息时代的今天,高校人事档案管理工作面临着许多新情况、新问题、新任务,如果不在创新中求发展,就跟不上时代前进的步伐。因此,要树立创新意识、体制意识、管理手段意识,做到理论创新、体制创新、管理手段和模式创新,把高校人事档案管理工作提高到更高的层次。

| Abstract: | In todays information times,higher colleges management of personnel archives is facing a lot of new problems,questions and tasks. If it can not be developed in innovation,it will not follow the speed of the times. Thus,we should build up the consciousness of innovtion,system and management skill,try to innovate in its theory,its system,its management skills and modes,improve the management of higher colleges personnel archives to a higher level. |
