| 摘 要： | 随着经济体制的变革，高校也由中央集权型体制、行政分权型体制转向自主型体制。但是，我国高校事业单位的属性没有改变，由此引发资本投入不足，运行效率低下，资源浪费严重等弊端。高校办学不能主动适应市场需求，缺少适应改革需要的积极性和能力。改革的方向和出路就是向产业化体制、机制转轨。

| Abstract: | Along with the refrom of the economic system, universities change from centralization and dividing administrative system to the system of deciding for themselves. But, universities remain to be institutions, which causes such abuses as shortage in investment, inefficiency, the waste of education resources. Thus, universities are unable to meet market demands and lack the zeal and ability to suit the reform. The direction and outlet for universitieslies in the conversion to industrialized system. |
