| 摘 要： | 西部地区中小学教师继续教育工作的成就，对当地教育教学质量提升起到了不可估量的作用。但面对课改要求，对存在的问题也不容忽视。应高度重视和研究思想观念、基地建设和培训效能问题，落实教师教育专业建设要求，实现中小学教师继续教育的时代期许。
