开塞露灌肠导泻法在外科便秘患者中的应用

目的 探讨开塞露灌肠对外科便秘患者的应用效果.方法 选取97例便秘患者,使用物理方法导泻、药物导泻和灌肠导泻等共计145人次.结果 开塞露灌肠效果比其他方法满意,而且排便时间短,不良反应少,缓解便秘效果较好.结论 开塞露灌肠处理便秘效果较其他导泻方法好,值得临床推广应用.

The Application of Kaiselu Enema Cathartic Method in Surgical Patients with Constipation

Objective To investigate the application results of the surgical Kaiselu enema for patients with constipation. Methods 97 cases of patients with constipation, the use of physical methods catharsis, medication and enema catharsis total of 142 patients and other methods. Results Kaiselu enema with more satisfactory results than other methods, but time is short and bowel movement fewer adverse reactions, relieve constipation better. Conclusion The treatment of constipation Kaiselu enema has better cathartic effect than other methods, worthy of clinical application.
