人才培养模式的概念、内涵及构成

摘    要:人才培养模式是指在一定的教育理念指导下,为实现一定的培养目标而形成的较为稳定的结构状态和运行机制,包括教育理念、培养目标、培养过程、培养制度、培养评价。教育理念,是人才培养活动所尊崇的教育观念和原则,它规定者人才培养活动的性质和发展方向;培养目标则为人才培养活动指明了方向;培养过程是教育理念得以贯彻的中间环节;培养制度是人才培养行为得以稳定存在并持续不断的行为模式;培养评价则是人才培养活动的评判环节,它衡量着人才培养活动的成功与否以及人才培养模式的形成。
