摘    要:人存在的双重性和人的发展说明人是应然性与实然性的统一。人的和谐发展包括两个方面:一是人自身内部因素之间的协调发展,二是人与外部关系的协调发展。教育是人的发展的主要手段,对教育与人的发展问题理解偏差,导致人的异化。着眼于人的和谐发展,学校教育应从师生关系、教与学的关系、学生生活环境等方面入手,发挥学生的主体性,使人的发展摆脱盲目性而走上一条和谐之路。

Abstract:Human beings' duality and development illustrate that man is the unity of ideal and reality.Human beings' harmonious development includes two aspects:first,the coordinated growth of man's interior factors;second,the harmonious growth between the man and the exterior environment.However, misunderstandings over education and humans' growth contribute to human beings' alienation.For human beings' developing harmoniously,education which is the main method of man's development,should start from such aspects as the relationships of teachers and students,teaching and learning and students' living surroundings so as to take its role of main body to make people grow harmoniously and free themselves from blindness.
