摘    要:生活在物质至上的时代,科技教育越来越受到重视,精神教育却越来越被冷落。当下的教育忽视学生的精神塑造,易导致反精神教育的盛行。精神教育的实现需要具备四个基本条件:教师应在提高自身修养的同时,关注学生的精神发展;大学教育在保证学生自由学习的同时,还应给予教师教学的自由;精神教育需选择经典文化作为教学内容;师生间的爱贯穿前面三个基本条件及精神教育的始终,是其实现的动力源泉。

Abstract:People ,living in a materialistic society ,pay more and more attention to the education of science and technology ,but ignore the importance of the spiritual education .The contemporary education neglects students’ spiritual modeling ,which is easy to cause the prevalence of anti-spirit education .Four basic conditions are required for the realization of spiritual education:teachers are able to promote students’ culti-vation of spiritual world and formation of spiritual belief in practical teaching ;therefore ,teachers are supposed to enhance their self-cultivation and center on students’ spiritual development .Only in free teaching environment can spiritual education make greater progress;therefore ,ideal college education should provide students and teachers with the learning and teaching liberty .Students’ spiritual worlds are unconsciously influ-enced by classical cultures;the key to spiritual education is to choose classical cultures as its teaching contents .The love between teachers and students is continuous throughout the three basic conditions and the whole spiritual education ,which is the power source of its implementation .
