论东北区域经济发展视野下的地方高校的改革

知识经济时代,高等教育在区域经济发展中起着重要作用。东北三省高等学校培养的各类高级人才对于当地经济发展曾作出很大的贡献,但在经济快速增长的20世纪末和21世纪初,东北区域经济的增速却明显减缓。针对这一经济发展与高等教育改革的突出矛盾,笔者从其关系入手,深刻剖析症结,提出高等教育改革立足于区域经济发展的改革措施。

Reforms of local high schools from perspective of regional economic development in northeast China

In the knowledge economy era, the higher education plays an important role in the whole economic development. All kinds of senior talents who were trained by the higher education of the three northeast provinces in China had made great contribution to the local economic development. But at the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st Century, when the economy increased quickly, the acceleration rate slowed down obviously. According to the conspicuous contradiction between the economic development and higher educational reform, the author try to proceed with its relation and analyze the crux deeply, and at the same time put forward the theory that the higher educational reform should base on the reform measures of the regional economic development.
