| 摘 要： | 目的:比较不同产地防风多糖的含量。方法:利用苯酚-硫酸法测定防风多糖的含量。结果:安国的防风多糖含量最高为2.53%,围场的防风多糖含量最低为1.57%。结论:产地不同防风多糖含量不同。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare polysaccharides contents in Radix Saposhnikoviae from different places.Methods:Detect the Polysaccharides content in Radix Saposhnikoviae with Phenol-Sulphate colorimetry.Results:The polysaccharides content in Radix Saposhnikoviae from Anguo is the highest with 2.53%,and that of Weichang is the lowest,which is 1.57.Conclusion:Polysaccharides contents of Radix Saposhnikoviae vary according to the different habits. |
