工作环境与科技型中小企业知识创造关系研究

在知识经济时代,知识日益成为企业竞争的焦点。因而,知识创造就成为企业提高自身竞争能力和创新能力的源泉。本文采用问卷调查法探讨了在中国企业管理情境下,工作环境因素与知识创造之间的关系。运用统计回归分析方法分析了来自41家企业的有效数据,结果证实了工作环境中工作团队支持、挑战性工作和工作资源与知识创造活动之间存在显著的正相关关系,这些因素的好坏直接影响着企业知识创造活动的顺利进行。最后,指出今后进一步研究的方向。

A study on the relationship between working environment and organizational knowledge Creation

In the knowledge economy era,the knowledge has already become the focus of the competition among enterprises;therefore the knowledge creation becomes the source that enterprises improve their own competitive ability and innovation ability.The questionnaire investigation method is used to investigate the relation between the enterprise's Working Environment(WE) factors and Organizational Knowledge Creation(OKC) under the management background of Chinese enterprises.And the method of statistical regression analysis is applied to analyze the effective data that come from 41 enterprises.The result has verified that there are obviously positive correlation relations between work group support,work resource,challenge work of WE,and OKC,the quality of the factors have obvious influence on the OKC.At last,the direction for the future study is pointed out.
