摘    要:通过对113家中国企业和608家欧美发达国家企业的产品创新问卷调查和统计分析,本文发现两者在产品创新的战略目标、组织、创意管理、市场情报分析以及研发生产流程等方面均存在显著差异。文章提出,中国企业在开展产品创新活动时已经表现出强烈的市场化导向,为今后取得持续的成功,需要在战略目标、组织结构、结构化流程和系统化方法上进行产品创新的规范化管理。

Abstract:A comparative study of the product innovation between China and western developed countries is presented. Through the in-depth survey of 113 Chinese firms and 608 western developed countries' firms, and structured statistical methods, it is found out that there are significant differences across the nations, with respect to product innovation's strategic objective, organization, idea management, market intelligence analysis, R&;D, and production process. Managerial implication drawn from the study can be referred by both local firms and multinational corporations, which have operations in China.
