景区餐饮业的发展趋势研究——以北京4A景区为例

摘    要:通过对北京4个A级景区餐饮业的现状、游客的满意度和需求的实证研究,分析和探讨了景区餐饮业的发展趋势:景区餐饮业应向特色化、绿色化、大众化和标准化方向发展,这对保护景区环境、提高旅游景区的服务质量,提升旅游景区的竞争力具有重要的意义。

Abstract:In light of Empirical research on the status of the catering industry in the four A-class scenic spots in Beijing, visitors' satisfaction and demand, the article analyzes and discusses the development trend of restaurant industry: restaurant industry should expand towards characteristics, green, popularization and standardization, which is of great significance to the protection of the environment, improvement of service quality and competiveness of scenic spots.
