| 摘 要： | 通过对北京4个A级景区餐饮业的现状、游客的满意度和需求的实证研究,分析和探讨了景区餐饮业的发展趋势:景区餐饮业应向特色化、绿色化、大众化和标准化方向发展,这对保护景区环境、提高旅游景区的服务质量,提升旅游景区的竞争力具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | In light of Empirical research on the status of the catering industry in the four A-class scenic spots in Beijing, visitors＇ satisfaction and demand, the article analyzes and discusses the development trend of restaurant industry： restaurant industry should expand towards characteristics, green, popularization and standardization, which is of great significance to the protection of the environment, improvement of service quality and competiveness of scenic spots. |
