| 摘 要： | 大规模"改土归流"是发生于清雍正朝的一个重大历史事件,如何认识和评价"改土归流",学界尚有不同看法。雍正改流,并非个人随心所欲,而是以"大一统"理论为依据,顺应历史发展趋势而采取的一项重大决策。不能因为在改流中引发武装对抗,造成血流伤亡,就将其全盘否定,而应该以历史发展的眼光来看待这一问题,既要看到清廷以武力强制改流,甚至在某些地方有扩大化的倾向,这是由封建王朝历史局限性所决定的,更应强调"改土归流"的实质是完成国家的真正统一,是具有深远历史意义的一场社会变革。
