| 摘 要： | 本文主要进行RTP／RTCP与TCP协议的比较，着重分析RTP／RTCP协议对分组网上视频业务Qos的保证。在IP电话的实现中编码后的数据流采用RTP／RTCP协议来打包传送。结果表明，开发出的软件实时性好。

| Abstract: | The article compares RTP/RTCP protocol with TCP protocal,mainly analyses RTP/RTCP protocol for the video service Qos on the grouping netware.Realization of IP phone uses RTP/RTCP protocol to pack and send data encoded.The result of experiment indicated the software had excellent real time performance. |
