| 摘 要： | 班团工作在中学处于十分重要的地位，是学生集体和个人成长进步的保证。班团工作的具体目标在课堂之外，它主要针对学生集体和学生个人两个方面展开工作；最根本的目标是班级成员个人素质发展的目标。班级建设、班级成员个体全面发展和校园明(或校园氛围或软环境)建设三大任务，是实现班团工作目标的根本保证。班团工作以特有的意义和作用确立了它在中学教育中拥有不可取代的重要地位。

| Abstract: | The work of class league plays an important part in middle school.It guara ntees the healthy growth of individu al of collective.The concrete goal of the work lies outside the class,which aims at the student collective and indi vidual.The basic goal aims at developing the quality of individ uals of the class.The construction o f class,the all -around development of individuals and campus culture are the three tasks that guarantee the realization of the goal of c lass league.It plays an irreplaceab le role in middle school ed-ucation. |
