| Abstract: | The paper compares from 3 phases of professional work, finance and personnel affairs management, the similarities and differences of Chinese library administration with those of the United States. At the end of the paper, the author records the code of conduct both for the library authorities and the librarians under the leadership of them. This plays an enlightening role for improving the Chinese library administration. |
