摘    要:生命周期是指具有生命现象的有机物从出生、成长、成熟、衰老直至死亡的过程。从生命周期角度看,教师专业社会化过程大致划分为适应期、成长期、成熟期、高原期和超越期。不同阶段教师的主要任务分别是:学会生存、学会积累、学会创造、学会突破、学会幸福。

Abstract:Life cycle is a process of the organic life from birth, growth, maturity, aging to death. From the angle of life-cycle theory, teacher professional socialization can generally be divided into adaptation stage, growing stage, mature stage, plateau stage and transcending stage. The main tasks of teachers at different stages include learning to be, learning to accumulate, learning to create, learning to break through and learning to be happy.
