Life cycle is a process of the organic life from birth, growth, maturity, aging to death. From the angle of life-cycle theory, teacher professional socialization can generally be divided into adaptation stage, growing stage, mature stage, plateau stage and transcending stage. The main tasks of teachers at different stages include learning to be, learning to accumulate, learning to create, learning to break through and learning to be happy.
