产学研合作教育中的利益冲突及对策研究

随着我国市场经济的逐步建立和不断完善，参与产学研合作教育的诸要素在各自的利益面前出现了一定程度的矛盾冲突，影响了产学研合作教育的深入开展。本文对产学研合作教育中主要利益主体的矛盾冲突进行了深入的分析，从成本收益的角度找出了影响企业参与产学研合作教育积极性的根本原因。提出了制定解决利益冲突的政策原则和若干建议。

Profit Conflict and Strategy Research in Cooperative Education

As the marketing economy gradually establish and update constantly, many factors among the cooperative education caused some certain paradox and conflict when they present their own benefits, which effect the further development of cooperative education. This paper analyze more about paradox conflicts of enterprise, school and government in cooperative education. As a result, we find the basic reasons effecting enterprise's positivities that take part in cooperative education. At the same time, this paper also submit the principals and suggestions of solving the profit conflict.
