| 摘 要： | 随着中国物业管理行业的快速发展,社会对从事物业管理的人员的素质要求不断提高。现代物业管理人员不仅要有专业知识,还要具备用英语交流的能力,以适应物业管理行业的国际化趋势。物业管理专业英语教学中,应把任务型教学模式引入课堂,在传授专业知识的同时也能培养学生运用外语的能力,从而使学生具有较强的实践能力。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of Chinese property management industry, the social requirements for the quality of personnel engaged in property management are increasing. Modern property management personnel should not only have professional knowledge, but also have the ability to communicate in English, so as to adapt to the international trend of property management industry. Property management professional English teaching should introduce the task-based teaching mode into the classroom, in the process of imparting professional knowledge it also can train the students＆#39; ability to use a foreign language, so that the students have stronger practical ability. |
