以技能大赛为载体引领教学改革的研究与实践

辽宁轻工职业学院围绕专业职业技能竞赛的组织,开展了一系列教学改革研究与实践:人才培养体系优化,教学模式改革,校企多方位对接,共建校内实训基地和"双师"型教师队伍。经过几年的实践,学院办学实力增强,教学成果不断涌现,实现了技能竞赛成绩提升和学院外强辐射效应增强的"双赢"效应。

Research and Practice on Teaching Reform Based on Skills Competition

Liaoning Vocational College of Light Industry, based on the organization of the professional vocational skills competition, has launched a series of teaching reform research and practice. They are the optimization of the talent cultivation system, the teaching mode reform, multiple docking between college and enterprises, the co-building of school practice bases and ＆quot;double type＆quot; teachers. After several years of practice, school running power is becoming stronger and stronger and the college has also gained a lot of teaching achievements.
