| 摘 要： | 党的十七届五中全会强调,"以加快转变经济发展方式为主线,是推动科学发展的必由之路,符合我国基本国情和发展阶段性特征",这是我们党对现实的清醒判断,也是对未来的关键抉择。此轮发展方式转变可以说是继从计划经济到市场经济的转变之后的"二次经济改革",将确定中国现代化的正确路径。

| Abstract: | The fifth plenum of the 17th CPC central committee has stressed that the acceleration of the transformation on the economic development pattern is the main guiding ideology,which is the only way to promote scientific development,and as well as meets the basic national conditions and the characteristic of development stage.The above strategy is the sober judgment of CPC about the reality and the key decision to the future of China,it’s also the second economic reform after the planed economic transferring to market economy,which will determine the correct path of the modernization in China. |
