论企业人力资源风险防范

摘    要:现代企业正处在一个充满变革和高度不确定的时代,每个企业在人力资源管理中都会遇到风险,例如:招聘失败、新政策引起员工不满、员工突然离职及不明确的责任定义。这些事情会影响企业的正常运转,严重的甚至会对企业造成致命的打击。本分析了企业人力资源风险存在的类型和原因,在考虑成本、可行性和可能带来的负面影响的基础上,提出了人力资源风险防范的策略,并提出应该做好后备措施,在风险发生后,将不良后果降到最低。

Abstract:Modern enterprises are in a highly indefinite time full of reform.Every enterprise will meet challenges in human resources management,for example,recruitment failure,unsatisfaction of employees caused by new policies and indefinite responsibility.All these will affect the normal running of enterprises,even give a deadly attack to them.The paper analyzes the style and reason existing in company risk of human resources.On the basis of costs,feasibility and possible side effects,the article puts forward tactics that are used to avoid human resources risks and points out reserved strategies should be prepared so that consequences can be reduced as possible as we can after risks occur.
