东北地区中小学体育课引入满族部分冬季传统体育项目的可行性研究

应用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计和实践应用等方法,对将满族部分冬季传统体育项目引入东北地区中小学体育课的可行性进行调查、分析与研究。结果表明：满族冬季传统体育项目以其丰富的文化意蕴、有效的健身性、浓厚的趣味性和简便的操作性等特点和属性,对满足学生的民族文化心理需求、加强学生素质教育、提高学生身心健康水平、树立学生良好的体育意识和养成终身锻炼的习惯,以及弥补学校体育经费短缺、体育活动场地不足等方面都具有现实意义,不仅可以提高学生进行体育参与的热情,达到锻炼身体的目的;还可以传承与发扬民族传统体育,解决部分偏远或经济欠发达地域学校体育教学资源匮乏的问题,具有较高的研究意义和推广价值。

Feasibility Research on Introducing some Manchu Traditional Winter Sports into the Elementary and Secondary Schools'Physical Education in the Northeast
