加拿大职业教育对我国职业教育转型升级发展的启示

摘    要:通过对加拿大社区学院深入的考察研究,结合我国高职教育的探索实践,提出我国高职教育需要在跨界融合中寻求转型升级之路。重点要在产教融合机制的构建、学校与行业的有效链接、校企合作的办学模式、学工研结合的学习方式、学分互换的立交桥、跨国交流和第三方评价等方面进行转型升级的改革。

Abstract:By means of inspecting and studying the community colleges in Canada deeply ,and com-bined with the exploration and practice of Chinese vocational education ,this paper suggests that Chi-nese vocational education should look for the way of transition and upgrading in the transboudary inte-gration .The reform for transition and upgrading should be made in the aspects including the establish-ment of industry and education integration systems ,the effective link between schools and trades ,the school operation models of school-enterprise cooperation ,the learning method of learning ,work and re-searching integration ,the viaduct of credit exchange ,international exchange and the third party evalu-tion .
