| 摘 要： | 社会保障是实现社会和谐发展的客观基础与必要条件,它的独特功能决定了它是实现社会公平正义与促进共享国民财富的基本制度安排。因此,完善社会保障法律制度是构建和谐社会的基础,是经济社会协调发展的必然要求。建立、健全社会保障法律制度是中国构建社会主义和谐社会的当务之急。

| Abstract: | Social Security is an objective basis and necessary condition realize the harmonious development of society,whose special function decides that it is an essential system layout for the realization of social fair justice and the promotion of sharing national wealth.Therefore,the improvement of social-security legal system is the basis to construct harmonious society and a necessary requirement for harmonious development of economic society.The establishment and improvement of social-security legal system is an urgent task for China to construct the socialist harmonious society. |
