| 摘 要： | 本文选择了教师资源这一制约北京非学历民办高校发展的因素,利用年鉴的统计资料和相关部门实地调查所获取的数据,结合北京非学历民办高校的发展历程对其教师资源的利用状况进行分析,理出其当前存在着教师资源短缺、结构不合理等问题,并提出完善外部政策和加强内部管理的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Teacher resource in the non-academic private universities is a bottlenecks aspect which restricts its department.Using the Official statistics and some First-hand investigational data,this article analysis the teacher resources utilization of some non-degree private universities in Beijing.The writer point out that there are some problems such as shortage of teacher resources and unreasonable structure.Then,this article provides some solutions to solve these problems. |
