| 摘 要： | 网络教育学院校外学习中心的规范建设,是网络教育发展过程中必须解决的重要问题。健全学习中心的组织机构,是提高网络教育学院管理效率,提供学生学习支持的组织基础;规范“管理过程八道关,”是完善学习中心自身建设,提高网络远程教育质量的基本策略;强化学习中心的管理服务功能,是促进网络远程教育持续健康发展的重要手段。

| Abstract: | The standard establishment of After-school Learning Centers is the critical issue that must be solved in the development of any network education institutions.Perfecting its organizations is the foundation to improve the efficiency and back up the learners' learning in network education institutions.Making the "eight moves" in the course of management standard is the fundamental strategy for normalizing centers' establishment and advancing their quality in long-range network education.Reinforcing the managerial and service functions of Learning Centers are the essential means to promote healthy and sustainable development in network education. |
