竞争情报从业者在技术预见活动中的作用

预测是竞争情报领域需求越来越强的业务,竞争情报从业者怎样在风靡全球的技术预见活动中发挥作用是既有理论意义又有实践价值的问题。本文采用技术预见案例研究与实践佐证相结合的方法,研究了竞争情报从业者在技术预见活动中的作用问题。认为竞争情报从业者可以在收集本底情报、挑选专家、信息收集、环境变化监视等方面发挥重要作用,如果能胜任跨领域、全谱带层次技术预见项目之信息分析与政策建议环节的工作,则可以在技术预见活动中起到主角的作用。

The Role of Competitive Intelligence Professionals in Technology Forecasting Exercises

The need for forecast is getting more and more importance in competitive intelligence field.How to play a role in fashionable technology foresight exercises for competitive intelligence professionals is of theoretical significance and pratical value.This paper studies the role of competitive intelligence professionals in technology foresight exercises by combining technology foresight cases with practice evidence,and argues that competitive intelligence professionals can play an important role in collecting background information,selecting experts,collecting information and minitoring the change of the environment.If they are competent in information analysis and policy-making advice in multi-field and all-level technology foresight projects,they will play a major role in technology foresight exercises.
