| 摘 要： | 地方高职高专院校校产管理总体现状不容乐观,存在一系列问题,究其原因,是由于管理意识淡薄,管理制度不健全,管理措施不到位等因素所致。因此应采取若干有效措施,增强认识,加强管理,健全制度,以保障地方高职高专院校办学实力的发展。
