| 摘 要： | 竞争情报软件能提高竞争情报团队的效率。为了剖析国外竞争情报软件的技术和功能特性 ,文本选取了五个典型的国外竞争情报软件 ,从技术、功能、灵活性等层面对它们作了比较研究 ;通过比较研究 ,对我国竞争情报软件的研发提出了建议。
