留学生与中国院士的计量分析

从晚清至今，中国留学生约百万之数。从1948年中国第一批院士(中央研究院院士)产生至今。中国共有院士1600多名。中国院士是中国科学家群体的杰出代表。留学生与中国院士的计量分析说明：一，一百多年来的中国留学运动，随着政治局势的变迁，留学国别和留学规模起伏不定；二，留学生是现代中国科技事业的开拓者和促进者；三，新中国成立以来的留学生对中国发展的作用多反映在科技领域；四，随着改革开放以来留学的普及，中国的留学教育将最终成为不具有任何特殊性的常规教育，归国留学生并将在政治和意识形态领域发挥越来越重要的作用，从而影响中国社会的未来走向。

The Statistical Analysis of Returned Students and Chinese Academicians

From the late Qing Dynasty to the present, Chinese returned students are about one million. Since the first batch of academicians (academicians of the Central Academy) formed in 1948 up to now, the number of Chinese academicians is more than 1,600. Chinese academicians are the outstanding representatives of Chinese scientists. The statistical analysis of returned students and Chinese academicians shows: first, with the changes of political situation, the countries are different and the scale of study abroad is rising and falling; second, the returned students are the pioneers and promoters of Chinese contemporary science and technology undertakings; third, the role of returned students in the Chinese development is reflected more on the scope of science and technology; fourth, after Chinese reforming and opening up, and the popularizing of the study abroad, Chinese education abroad will become the conventional education without any peculiarity. The returned students will play more and more important roles in the fields of politics and ideology, thereby influence the future road of Chinese society.
